There is something special about engagement sessions that goes far beyond taking beautiful photos. They give me the opportunity to slow down, spend time with my couples, and get to know them before their wedding day. That was exactly the case with Elise and Rocco during their engagement session at Rollins College.
Nestled in the heart of Winter Park, Rollins College is one of my favorite locations for portraits. The campus is absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful architecture, towering oak trees, charming walkways, and breathtaking views of Lake Virginia. It offers a timeless and elegant backdrop that is perfect for engagement sessions, family portraits, and so many other special occasions.
From the moment we started exploring the campus, Elise and Rocco were an absolute joy to photograph. Their connection was effortless, and their excitement for this season of life was contagious. Whether we were strolling through the picturesque pathways, laughing between poses, or soaking in the beauty of the campus, these two made every moment feel natural and fun.
One of my favorite things about engagement sessions is watching couples relax in front of the camera and simply enjoy being together. By the end of our session, it felt less like a photoshoot and more like spending time with friends. Those genuine moments of laughter, affection, and connection are what create the photographs that couples treasure for years to come.
I had so much fun with Elise and Rocco and am incredibly excited for their upcoming wedding. If their engagement session is any indication, their wedding day is going to be filled with love, joy, and plenty of unforgettable moments.
