There’s something special about a simple stroll through Winter Park, especially when it’s spent getting to know a couple like Madelyn and Jeremy.
We met in the heart of downtown Winter Park for their engagement session, wandering the beautiful brick-lined streets, charming storefronts, and hidden corners that give this area its unmistakable small-town feel. Despite being just minutes from Orlando, Winter Park has a way of slowing things down and creating the perfect backdrop for genuine moments.
From the moment we started walking, it felt less like a photo session and more like spending time with old friends. Madelyn and Jeremy were relaxed, playful, and completely comfortable with each other. Their connection made every photograph effortless, and I loved hearing more about their story as we explored one of Central Florida’s most picturesque neighborhoods.
One of my favorite parts of being a wedding photographer is the engagement session experience. While the beautiful photos are certainly important, these sessions are about so much more than creating save-the-date images. They give us a chance to connect, build trust, and get comfortable working together before the wedding day arrives.
By the end of our time together, I knew their wedding day is going to be incredible. Madelyn and Jeremy were a joy to photograph, and I left their session even more excited to celebrate alongside them when they say “I do.”
