Some wedding days simply feel magical from beginning to end, and Marina and Alec’s celebration at Azalea Lodge at Mead Botanical Garden was exactly that. From a peaceful morning of getting ready to a joyful bubble exit under the stars, every moment was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Nestled within the beautiful Mead Botanical Garden in Winter Park, Florida, Azalea Lodge offers the perfect blend of indoor elegance and natural beauty. Surrounded by towering oak trees, winding garden paths, peaceful ponds, and lush landscaping, it’s easy to see why it’s one of my favorite wedding venues in Central Florida. The charming lodge overlooks Alice’s Pond and sits just steps away from the picturesque Little Amphitheater, creating endless opportunities for stunning wedding portraits.

A Relaxing Morning Getting Ready

The day began at a nearby hotel, where Marina spent the morning surrounded by her closest friends while hair and makeup artists worked their magic. There was so much excitement in the room as everyone prepared for the celebration ahead.

Once everyone was ready, we made our way to Azalea Lodge, where Marina slipped into her gorgeous wedding dress. The bridal suite was the perfect space for those final touches before seeing all of her wedding dreams come to life.

Before the ceremony, we captured beautiful portraits of Marina with her bridesmaids. Their excitement, laughter, and support made for some of my favorite moments of the day.

The Groom & His Groomsmen

While the ladies finished getting ready, I spent time with Alec and his groomsmen. The guys kept things relaxed and fun, sharing plenty of laughs before it was time for the ceremony. These moments always help tell the complete story of a wedding day, capturing both the anticipation and excitement from each side.

A Beautiful Ceremony

With family and friends gathered, Marina and Alec exchanged heartfelt vows surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Mead Botanical Garden. The peaceful setting created the perfect atmosphere as they officially became husband and wife.

Immediately following the ceremony, we photographed family portraits while everyone was together, making sure to preserve these special memories for generations to come.

Wedding Party & Newlywed Portraits

One of my favorite parts of every wedding day is creating portraits after the ceremony. We explored the gardens with the wedding party before spending time with just Marina and Alec.

Golden light filtered through the trees as the newlyweds enjoyed a few quiet moments together. Between the beautiful gardens, charming pathways, and the natural beauty surrounding Azalea Lodge, every location offered a picture-perfect backdrop.

Dancing the Night Away

After portraits, it was time to celebrate! The reception was filled with heartfelt speeches, joyful dancing, and so many moments that reflected Marina and Alec’s incredible love story. Their family and friends kept the dance floor full all evening, making for an unforgettable celebration.

To end the perfect day, guests gathered outside for a magical bubble grand exit. As Marina and Alec walked hand in hand through a tunnel of shimmering bubbles, they shared one final kiss before beginning their next adventure together as husband and wife.
