Casa Feliz Historic Home & Venue Wedding

Casa Feliz, “happy House” in Spanish, was originally built on the shore of Lake Osceola in Winter Park Florida. In 1932, architect James Gamble Rogers was commissioned by Robert Bruce Barbour to design this Andalusian-style masonry farmhouse. For so many years this house was loved by Barbour and The City fo Winter Park. Faced with the threat of demolition, the city raised money to save and restore the house in the year 2000. Before restoration, the house was positioned in its new location. Today, the house sits on Winter Park Golf Course as a historic house museum and rental location for private events.

Like many couples, Dasha and Patrick fell in love with the aesthetic of this venue. I am so lucky to have captured two beautiful people tying the knot at a place that is so loved by so many. Congratulations!
